    "result": {"data":{"site":{"siteMetadata":{"siteUrl":"https://www.forwardair.com"}},"prismicGlobalOptions":{"_previewable":"YcN5tRAAACEAUx3Z","data":{"customerLogin":{"url":"/login/customer"},"onboardingAccount":{"url":"/account"}}},"prismicArticles":{"_previewable":"Yp_AexIAACoA2gTl","uid":"list-of-restricted-items","data":{"title":{"html":"<h2>List of Restricted Items</h2>","text":"List of Restricted Items"},"subheading":{"html":"<p><br /><br /></p>"},"category":"Tools & Documents","readTime":"2 minute read","publishDate":"2022-05-11","author":null,"description":{"html":"<p>A list of freight shipment items that are restricted items for our freight services.</p>","text":"A list of freight shipment items that are restricted items for our freight services."},"imageBrandfolder":{"url":"https://cdn.bfldr.com/2YLU38BS/at/3cthkcn7tpqhr4hnjwhh359q/d5509f12-b363-4289-9849-247583030f7f_forward-document%20-%20gray%201%20small.png?auto=webp&format=png"},"heroImageBrandfolder":null,"altTag":null,"heroImageFocus":"Right","keywords":[{"keyword":"Statement of Liability and Cargo Insurance"},{"keyword":"Limits of Cargo Liability"},{"keyword":"Statement of Workers Compensation Insurance"}],"featuredArticlesHeadingOverride":{"html":""},"featuredArticlesOverride":[],"relatedPagesHeading":{"html":"<h3></h3>"},"relatedPages":[],"body":[{"__typename":"PrismicArticlesDataBodyArticleContent","id":"21311452-d13d-5b8b-a629-3d87457446bb","slice_type":"article_content","primary":{"content1":{"html":"<h4>Shipments Not Accepted</h4><p>List of restricted items for freight shipments from Forward Air Service Conditions, Section 4.E.</p><p></p><p>For LTL services, the Customer will not tender Shipments of the following nature:</p><ul><li>Shipments of extreme configuration or requiring special equipment;</li><li>Prohibited Shipments as set forth in the Hazmat Schedule (see item 7 hereof);</li><li>Shipments that would be prohibited if diverted contrary to U.S. laws;</li><li>Firearms;</li><li>Alcohol;</li><li>Cannabis in any form, including but not limited to marijuana, hemp, and any/all products containing cannabis;</li><li>Products containing nicotine, CBD, or “vape” liquids;</li><li>Tobacco;</li><li>Bulk packaged, as defined in 49 CFR 171.8;</li><li>Totes;</li><li>Shipments requiring &quot;Protective Security Service&quot; or &quot;Armed Guard Surveillance Service&quot;;</li><li>Original works of art, collections, antiques, or precious stones;</li><li>Commercial aircraft engines tendered strapped or netted only to an air pallet (such engines are acceptable if they are fully enclosed in a wooden or steel crate, as well as strapped or netted to an air pallet);</li><li>Kayaks and canoes;</li><li>Live animals;</li><li>Human or animal remains;</li><li>Perishables, including, but not limited to, food items or live plants, growing or cut;</li><li>Precious metals;</li><li>Bullion, currency, coins, or bonds, documents of value;</li><li>Waste (i.e., cargo with no economic value, regulated as waste by applicable law, and/or being transported for disposal); and/or</li><li>Used or reconditioned household goods to be used in a dwelling.</li></ul><p></p><p>For truckload and intermodal services, the Customer will not tender Shipments of the following nature:</p><ul><li>Prohibited Shipments as set forth in the Hazmat Schedule (see item 7 hereof);</li><li>Shipments that would be prohibited if diverted contrary to U.S. laws:</li><li>Firearms;</li><li>Alcohol;</li><li>Cannabis in any form, including but not limited to marijuana, hemp, and any/all products containing or derived from cannabis;</li><li>Products containing nicotine, CBD, or “vape” liquids;</li><li>Tobacco;</li><li>Bulk packaged, as defined in 49 CFR 171.8;</li><li>Totes of 119 gallons or larger;</li><li>Original works of art, collections, antiques, or precious stones;</li><li>Live animals;</li><li>Human or animal remains;</li><li>Live plants, growing or cut;</li><li>Precious metals;</li><li>Bullion, currency, coins or bonds, documents of value;</li><li>Waste (i.e., cargo with no economic value, regulated as waste by applicable law, and/or being transported for disposal); and/or</li><li>Used or reconditioned household goods to be used in a dwelling.</li></ul>"}}}]}}},"pageContext":{"id":"e4d88062-b833-5076-aeb8-bcb64b06a70d","prismicId":"Yp_AexIAACoA2gTl","url":"/articles/tools-documents/list-of-restricted-items"}},
